who are we?

who are we?
"Be gentle with each person you meet, for each of them is fighting a great battle." -St. Ephrem the Syrian

When I was dying
I decided everything I knew
Was skewed or wrong
My reason for living

Dianne Durham has a passion for facilitating
personal and societal transformation through
our use of inquiry and imagination. Two years
ago, feeling absolutely imprisoned by a job in
Ohio that provided little fulfillment, Dianne was
compelled to rely largely on her imagination in
order to transition to living in Mendocino County.

Dianne’s transformative process gave her a better understanding of “the construct”,the set of invisible boundaries and unwritten rules which limit our thinking.  Last September, Dianne founded Ukiah Aware, a small production company for the purpose of developing innovative productions which challenge our basic assumptions.
