There are now 3 different ways to check on the Bookmobile schedule.

Pick up a schedule from the Bookmobile or any other Branch Library

Listen to KZYX. The Bookmobile schedule is announced
every Tues, Wed & Thurs. Find your source at 88.3, 90.7 or 91.5 FM

Go to the Mendocino County Library website at www.mendolibrary.org
Look to the left and click on Branch Information.

Choose Bookmobile and check out the schedule.
Phone or email your questions.

Meet our new County Librarian, Melanie Lightbody

Our new County Librarian, Melanie Lightbody, will be on the job this Monday, October 24th. Mrs. Lightbody has been a librarian for 15 years and hails from Oregon. Her interests are in the future of libraries, technology and children's services. She looks forward to meeting all of the Library Community.

Election Material for the Visually Impaired at the Ukiah Library

The Ukiah Library has Voter Information on the California Propositions, 73-80, on cassette.
Please come and listen to them in the Library or Check them out for a friend or relative who is visually impaired.
Because time is so short, the check out time will be 1 week. Please have a tea party and share with others.

The cassettes may be found at the Reference Desk.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, 2005

Saturday Oct 22nd -- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday Oct 23rd -- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Books $2.00 a bag, Sunday only

Bookmobile's Mendocino stop is changing

The Bookmobile will be stopping at the Mendocino Recreation Center instead of Crown Hall. The day and time are not changing.

Next Thursday, Oct. 13th, the Bookmobile will go to Crown Hall and then the Rec. Center. On Oct. 27th, the Bookmobile will ONLY go to the Rec. Center.
